For any organization's website, there are certain items that can be converted from "static" pages to a more dynamically generated display of data.
Typically, these can be thought about by using a data entry form: if you have a certain type of content that always has the same fields, then this can be converted into a "content type" on your website; from your administrator login, you may then add/edit/delete content by using the web-based data entry form.
